Timeline

1999
 Spring: I found someone in Ohio online who was selling their '84 Scrambler. With some creative financing I managed to buy it. I drove out with my friend, Andrew, to pick it up and trailer it home.
 
2000
 Summer: While at a Lowes in Peoria, I found a cheap snowplow , bought it, brought it home and bolted it on. It's a good plow for light use.
 Fall: Chad (who owned an FC-150) lent me some garage space and we replaced the heater core.
 
2001
 Licensing went up to $84 and I couldn't pass emmisions, so I stopped licensing it.
 Didn't do any work on the Jeep. It got light use to plow the driveway in the winter.
 
2002
 Didn't do any work on the Jeep. It got light use to plow the driveway in the winter.
 
2003
 Didn't do any work on the Jeep. It got light use to plow the driveway in the winter.
 
2004
 Summer: Replaced the alternator and belts because it was squealing bad and couldn't charge the battery. It got light use to plow the driveway in the winter.
 
2005
 Summer: With some prompting from my wife and help from my friends I decided it was time to really get to work on this Jeep.
 August 6: Pull out distributor to replace points. Turns out it's electronic igntition!
 August 10: Start the leakdown test.
 September 24: Remove the engine for rebuilding.
 October 22: Started painting the engine and other under-hood parts.
 October 29: Rebuilt the Motorcraft 2100 carburetor.
 Winter: Too cold to work on the Jeep so I built an arcade.
 
2006
 Didn't do any work on the Jeep. Ended up selling my house and moving to a smaller one.
 
2007
 Didn't do any work on the Jeep. Realized that I won't be able to keep working on the Jeep at the new location. To many hobbies, not enough time, space & money for all of them. Putting the Jeep up for sale
